Procedure to Apply jntuh PC Name Correction: Below we provided the information regarding The procedure to be followed to obtain Name Corrections in certificates in Provisional Certificate (PC) or Degree Certificate. Check Name correction in JNTU certificates procedure and also added JNTUH PC Tatkal Name Correction Procedure and JNTUH PC Name Correction Procedure in normal Procedure too.

How To Correct Your Name On Provisional Certificates
I) Procedure to be followed by the students who passed in 2012 and later (Provisional Issue date after 15/03/2013)
- The name in PC has to be corrected.
- The application should be submitted through the college.
- A Photocopy of SSC is to be submitted.
- The Original provisional Certificate in which the name to be corrected (as per SSC) is to be submitted through the college.
- The amount to be paid for name correction in PC is Rs. 250/- in the form of DD drawn in favour of “The Registrar, JNTUH” (Write Hall ticket number & Mobile number on back side of DD).
- The corrected provisional certificate will be sent to the respective college.
II) Procedure to be followed by the students those who have completed the course work and collected the degree certificate:
- The name in Degree Certificate has to be corrected.
- The application should be submitted at the Counter-II, Examination Branch Building, JNTUH, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.
- A Photocopy of SSC is to be submitted.
- A Photocopy of ID proof is to be submitted.
- The Original certificate both PC and Degree Certificate in which the name to be corrected (as per SSC) is to be submitted.
- The amount to be paid is Rs. 500/- in the form of DD drawn in favour of “The Registrar, JNTUH” (Write Hall ticket number & Mobile number on back side of DD).
- The PC and Degree Certificate after correction (as per SSC) will be sent through Post.
Note: Name Correction in Provisional Certificate (PC) can’t be made once the Original Degree (OD) is printed.
JNTUH Name and Gender correction in PC / CMM/ Marks Memo – Normal Process

| Note: 1. The payments can be made in one of the following modes: Smart-card swiping/ T-Wallet/ SBI Challan / DD 2. If Demand Draft is taken, it should be drawn in favor of THE REGISTRAR JNTUH, payable at Hyderabad. The student Hall-Ticket number should be written on the backside of DD. 3. If the student desires to choose challan option, the challan should be taken only at the campus SBI (JNTU Hyderabad) Branch. 4. The T-Wallet/ Swiping facility using the smart card (debit/credit card) is available at the student service counter. |
