Anna University Exams Notification For Exhausted their Maximum period of Study

Anna University Kind Attention to the Candidates – The web Portal is open for the Registration Process of April/May 2022 Examinations for the Candidates who have Exhausted their Maximum period of Study

NOTIFICATION: The Syndicate of Anna University, in its 260th Meeting held on 16-02-2021, resolved to permit the students who have exhausted their permitted maximum period (as per their respective Regulations), to appear for their examinations again as a special case on humanitarian grounds and the examinations shall be conducted during April/May 2022.

The following category of students has been permitted by the Syndicate to appear for the special examinations.
Students of Affiliated Colleges of Anna University, who have exhausted their permitted maximum period (as per their respective Regulations), admitted in the Academic year 2001-2002 Ord semester onwards) (i.e. students transferred from the State Universities of Tamil Nadu) & admitted from 2002-2003 (Ist semester onwards).

April/May 2022 Examinations: The mode of examination and the examination centres will be announced and Please check below provided Notification link.

Fees: A special fee of Rs.5000/- is to be paid by the students along with normal examination fee for each paper, as prescribed by the University.

Registration: The students who fall under the above category can register for the April/May 2022 examinations following the procedure given below.

• The Registration commences from 20th May 2022
• Login into Student Login with Register number through the web-portal ” https://coe1.annauniv.edu “
• Open the Reg_Preview and download the Registration Preview Request Form.
• Verify the subjects printed on the preview form.
• Any addition/deletion in the registration of subjects may be corrected in the preview form and may be sent by post to the office of the Controller of Examinations, Anna University, Chennai – 600 025.
• Fees may be paid online through web-portal and after payment an Acknowledgement form will be generated or pay the fees in the form of Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of the Controller of Examinations, Anna University.
• Print the Preview form, the Acknowledgement received for the online payment and retain the same for future reference.
• If a candidate is paying the fees in the form of DD, then the preview form along with DD may be sent by post to the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Anna University, Chennai 600 025.
