What is the Transcripts Certificate?
A transcript is proof of education. It has a detailed record of all the subjects you have studied with your scores in the form of marks or grades given by the institution of study.
Though there is no online process here. The candidates have to visit the SBTET office with one set of photocopy and originals for verification. Officials will take 1–3 days time to attest the photocopies and return in a sealed envelope.
They don’t accept friends to apply or collect the documents. Better to send a relative if candidates cannot go.
Step By Step Procedure To Apply TS Diploma Transcripts Certificate Through Online:
Students can apply online for Migration, Interim Certificate, Transcripts, Name Correction from exams.sbtet.telangana.gov.in
- Each semester mark sheet is called as 1 page
- Take DD worth 3000 INR (Revised on April 20th, 2019) per one set towards respective boards mentioned below.
-  Andhra Pradesh: Take DD in favor of ” SECRETARY, SBTET. AP, VIJAYAWADA “
- Take xerox of all the Semester and Original Diploma.
- Get a threaded envelope cover ( A4 Size) based on your requirement of sets and put one set of documents in each envelope.

Transcript Process:
Once you submit the xerox copies of the Semester mark sheets/ Original diploma whatever, they will verify the documents, put stamp, get them signed by secretary and give them back to you in sealed envelop cover so please make sure that the xerox you have taken is clear, I would prefer color xerox.
