Procedure to apply JNTUH Od Through Online (Normal & Taktal Way)

 

JNTUH Convocation Prerequisites Notification:

The registration procedure for obtaining the original degree certificates from JNTU Hyderabad in X Convocation is through online mode only. The candidates have to furnish their particulars including Provisional Certificate (PC) number and the address for communication in online mode.

The application fee of Rs. 600/- (Six Hundred Rupees only) can be paid either by making an Online Payment (using a Credit/Debit card or Internet Banking) or by making the payments at any branch of SBI by taking the system generated challan. Those Students who have applied for a degree in Pre-Convocation mode should not apply for this Convocation. The Students Who have already paid the Original Degree (OD) fee in their College need not pay now, however, the registration is compulsory in this Convocation for obtaining the OD.

For carrying out the registrations using this application software, the candidates are informed to create their account by furnishing their personal details. Further the candidates are informed to remember their passwords for any future correspondence or updates. The User name shall be the hall-ticket number of the candidate during the study of the course for which he/she is seeking the Original Degree certificate. The Original Degree Certificate (other than PhDs) shall be sent to the candidates to the correspondence address mentioned at the time of online registration. The last date for applying for OD in this Convocation is __.

How To Apply a JNTUH OD Original Degree:

The registration procedure for Applying the original degree certificates for all Convocation OD’s is through online only. Apply Online For Original Degree (OD)

1. For a new user, there is an option for new registration, Firstly they have to take the new registration.
2. Enter your “HALL TICKET NO” and click on “SUBMIT” Button
3. Fill all details in Students Registration carefully, details

  • Hall ticket Number
  • Password
  • StudentName
  • FatherName
  • Gender
  • Date Of Birth
  • College
  • College Code
  • Mobile Email
  • especially address(as OD is received to your address)

4. The Password has to be created by the student at the during of registration. The password generated for the personal details should be remembered for further use.
5. The User name shall be the hall-ticket number of the candidate during the study of the course for which he/she is seeking the Original Degree certificate.
6. The fee amount can be paid either by making online Payment (using Credit/Debit card or Internet Banking) or by making the payments at any branch of SBI by taking the system generated challan.
7. Go to
8.Log in with your Hall Ticket number (user-id) and password and upload the scanned copy of Original Certificate displayed on the screen asked for you to upload.
8. Click and select convocation OD then you will acknowledgement file in .pdf format. Download and save it for future use.

How Much Cost They Are change for JNTUH Original Degree:

They don’t charge any amount once you apply after your year of completion next notification, Otherwise, they will charge 2000 + amount depending on your late. So please apply jntuh od as per the notification.

For example: If you completed your Graduation in the 2019 year then the JNTUH OD notification is released on Feb/March 2020 then you don’t have any charge for jntuh od. Otherwise need to pay the amount as respectively.

Required Documents for Applying Original Degree (OD):

  • Scanned Copy of a Digital Passport size Photograph (.JPEG format) should be between 100-200 KB.
  • Scanned Copy of Identity proof (.JPEG format), size should be between 100-200 KB.
  • Scanned Copy of Provisional Certificate (.JPEG format), size should be between 200-300 KB.
  • Students should furnish their Provisional Certificate NUMBER (Number that is above the serial no of PC).
  • Use MS PAINT to resize the image (or) Resize the Image If the image size exceeds the given limits.
  • The List of valid identity proofs is as follows.
  • College Identification Card (Recommended).
  • Aadhar Card.
  • Pan Card.
  • Driving License.
  • Voter Identification Card.
  • Indian Passport.

    My brother finsihed his Btech 2005 Batch from JNTU University, studied in Andhra Pradesh Btech college. He got job outside so they askeing for Convocation certificate from JNTU University so that they will apply for visa. So Should submit by 11th of December to visa which islast date . Through JNTU convocation online service My brother applied convocation through Online on December 4th so by when he will receive convocation certificate sir.
