JNTUH Pending Ratification letters of -2019-20 with penalty: For the admissions made by affiliated Engineering and Pharmacy Colleges into B.Tech. / B.Pharmacy / M.Tech / M.Pharmacy / Pharm–D(PB) / MBA / MCA courses under Management Quota / Spot Category , the Office of the Directorate of Admissions has given web notification of the schedule for approval of the Management / Spot admissions in the academic year 2019-20. During the approval process, some of the colleges have not responded as per the schedule along with certificates for approval of admissions. For approval of 2020-21 admissions, the approved list of admissions of 2019-2020 are mandatory.

Therefore, it is proposed to levy penalty for such colleges for not complying with the University norms of admissions.

Colleges not submitted the original certificates of the admitted candidates for ratification as per the schedule displayed on the University website. Rs.5000/- per subject/branch Proposed penalty

In the above context, by direction I am to inform the Principals of the Colleges who have not responded as per the schedule along with certificates for approval of admissions for academic year 2019-2020 are required to pay the penalty as mentioned above, failing which the admissions made into B.Tech. / B.Pharmacy / M.Tech / M.Pharmacy / Pharm–D(PB) / MBA / MCA etc. under management quota / Spot admissions for the academic year 2020-21 will not be considered.
