JNTUH University declared Holiday Due to Coronavirus: Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH) Declared the Holidays untilĀ 7th June 2020 Due to COVID-19. The Government of Telangana has issued orders. So jntuhĀ Coronavirus holidays declared and instructions to prevent and contain the spread of COVID-19 Virus in the State of Telangana stating that all educational institutions including coaching centresĀ shall be closed with immediate effect untilĀ 7th June 2020.Ā But Indian government Again declare 21 days locked down from 25th March 2020 to 3rd May 2020 toĀ 7th June 2020

Why JNTUH Holiday?

In view of the above, the Vice-Chancellor has issued the following orders to prevent and contain the spread of COVID-19 Virus in the State of Telangana:

  1. All the Principals of the Constituent/Affiliated Colleges and Directors of all Academic Units are requested to close their respective Units till 31st March 2020.Ā However, all the scheduled examinations which are notified already shall be conducted.
  2. All the Seminars/Conferences and any other large gatherings in the University Campus/ Constituent/ Affiliated Colleges are canceled till 31st March 2020.
  3. Biometric System of the recording of attendance of students, teachers and other staff members is to be discontinued until further orders.
  4. And again Prim Mister Modi SirĀ declare 21 days locked down fromĀ Ā 25th March 2020 to 14th April 2020 and again 3rd May 2020Ā to 7th June 2020

JNTUH Exams Are Postponed?

Yes, as per the aboveĀ Declared the Holidays until 31st March 2020 Due to COVID-19. JNTUH has postponed all the exams and conducted after 31st march 2020. And again Prim Mister Modi SirĀ declares 21 days locked down fromĀ 25th March 2020 to 14th April 2020 to 3rd May 2020 to 7th June 2020.Ā And jntuh new exam dates and jntuh rescheduled exam dates are released as soon as possible and we updated on this jntufastresut portal.

Ā The lockdown was again extended in the State of Telangana extended up to 7th June 2020 with certain relaxations.

Under the circumstances stated above, the Vice-Chancellor has issued the following orders to run the University:
i. All the Principals of the Constituent/Affiliated Colleges (Autonomous and Non-Autonomous) and Directors of all the Units are requested to function their units regularly except classwork.
ii. All the teaching, non-teaching, contract and outsourcing Staff shall attend the duty as per the normal procedure and follow the directions of the Government like wearing the masks and using sanitization frequently as prescribed.
iii. All the Principals/Directors are requested to monitor their Office activities thoroughly.

  1. Sir can you give confirmation about btech 4th year examinations which are going to held on 20th june. Non locals of hyderabad final year students are in confusion state. If you gives confirmation about exams we can plan to go to hyd before exams in search of hostels to stay. Thank you sir

  2. Sir. I request you to cancel b pharmacy 1st 2nd 3rd year exams. As all my frds are from westbengal, as we know its the red zone and due to lockdown they will be unable to come and attend the exam even if they come ut will be high risk for them and also for the whole class.

  3. Everyone are saying that exams will be cancelled due to pandemic. And that except final year students, othere students will be promoted. Is this news correct? Even the sakshi website has been saying this. Please clear all these confusions.

  4. Sir… I’m waiting for R09 2-1 exam fee notification for the examination fee registration… When it will release???
