    I Mayuri Nakka (129E1S0404) done my M.Pharmacy in JNTUK affliated college in year 2014.
    Due to my health issue and loss of my father I suffered a lot and got delayed in applying for Provisional certificate and OD. For OD as I need to pay around 5000rs, so I applied for Provisional in normal not in Tatkal on Dec 30, 2021 after cross checking with the Admin people in certificates applying cabin.

    The staff informed me it will take around 1month to receive Provisional certificate. So, I applied for it DUI3104629 and till now March 16th, 2022 I haven’t received it.

    Whenever I contacted to below numbers they are not working. 0884-2300902, 0884-2300903, 0884-2300888, 0884-2300777. Today I went to JNTUK university and enquired they simply said “go and ask in your college. You will not get provisional until you apply in Tatkal”. If normal application will not work for JNTUK then they should remove that option. It is not simply way going to Vijayawada college and again submitting it Kakinada University. Kindly understand, and please respond to the students in a genuine way.
    As a former student of JNTUK, I kindly request you to please change such situation to us. We travel so long and visit Kakinada and they say go to college its in Nujuvid with no proper clarity of responding.

    I had completed my BTech in the year 2019.
    I have completed my back payment of 3500/- rs for my OD using the online services portal of the JNTUK website.
    But still, I am unable to upload documents.
    It throws an error like payment is already done, no need to pay again.

    I am BANDI RAMYAKUMARI , HT No. 18331E0010 applied for an Original Degree through JNTUK online services today 18-12-2021, I paid the OD fee successfully, But it is showing is showing Bank Payment pending, Because of this issue I am unable to upload my documents.
