 When I was applying my Original Degree, Money was debited twice. Is there any possibility to refund one of the transaction money to my account

What is the Refund Procedure for JNTUK Online Payment?

  • Please Enter the Details Carefully
  • The student/college/ customer has to confirm the fee amount to be paid is correct under right service/ head, i.e. Provisional Certificate, Original Degree Certificate, Migration, Examination fee, etc.
  • The application will be processed only upon receipt of the required fee. Application with insufficient payment will not be processed/ entertained.
  • Application/Service fee + service charges + Taxes as applicable; will be debited from student / college/ customer account.
  • Wrong payment, i.e., payment for one head/service instead of the desired/intended head/ service will not be refunded. (Ex. Payment made for Provisional Certificate actually intended to pay for Original Degree certificate will not be refunded.)
  • Payment made for one service will not be considered / Adjusted for other services.
  • Request for refund of excess payment shall be made within 7 working days. Excess payment will be refunded only upon submission of proof for a genuine cause. However, the decision of the University is final for a refund of excess payment. In case of refund, service charges + taxes as applicable will be debited from the student/ college/ customer account.

    I applied OD(14-09-2022) at that time all steps completed successfully, but now it shows payment pending, the amount got debited from my credit card but its showing as pending status.     In that I paid amount 4500 rs transaction was successful after that also in payment section still showing pending when I tried to another payment it was showing you already paid the amount don’t need to repay..

    Now I am facing the issue it was not moved to upload documents section .. please help me out of this I need OD urgent to submit my company .. Offline also not available in Jntuk please let me know I paid amount already 1 and half day passed .. what the process for this problem I can’t explain this situation to my company .

    My name is Tejaswi, hall ticket number is 16A21A1213. On 18th Dec 2021, I tried to pay 2000 for OD through Kotak bank UPI, without entering UPI amount is debited once. I didn’t get any amount debit message for that transaction. So, I tried payment again through phone pay UPI. Payment is done but on the jntuk website, it is not reflected.     I tried applying for OD (Req.No: 15NM1A0308) and instantiated transaction on 13th Sep 2021. The first transaction using my debit card is failed so i paid through phone pay on the same day. Even then the payment status showed unpaid. Later after 4 days i got chance to process further stating the payment is successful. But i paid twice and didn’t received money back for the failed transaction. Could you please let me know the process to be followed to raise refund for the failed transaction.

    Many folks are confused here about the payment process and delay of the payment status update, And the help line number mentioned in the portal looks like the connection is established in a different planet. Could you please be responsible and publish some guidelines regarding payment delays and waiting period for payment status update. I would like to suggest to make your system more reliable , we are living in fully transforming digital world, The service users has to be notified atleast whats going on.

    I have done my payment for my Original Degree worth of 3500/- INR, I received the payment debited confirmation.
    But in Step3: Bank Payment Fee showing the status as PENDING.

    Can you please kindly let us know after how many days of payment it will reflect? Take this comment as priority and respond back ASAP, Since I need my OD very urgently.

Hi Sir, i have applied for tatkal PC from online and i have paid 3000/- rupees, when i went to JNTUK to collect my PC and CMM, the staff which are present in the exam cell they said your PC and CMM sent to your college long before, in my college last year i have paid 250/- for PC and CMM but i didn’t submit any proofs of the mark lists.   174. AM I made payment on 31 aug 2020 for od. Amount got debited but it is showing my payment status pending. I even contacted the college office number on that day but they didn’t pick the call Still it shows payment pending. So I kindly request you to go through the payment.

    I paid money twice for” OD NAME CORRECTION” , as it showed error in transaction for the first time i did. After 20 minutes I got a message that amount was debited. So, please refund that extra money what I have paid.

    I have made the payment on 29th February 2020 through online to apply for OD..and the amount got debited from my account but its showing as pending status. This happened twice. In Total 2000+2000 amount got deducted from my account, but still payment status is showing as pending.
    But, i havent received the refund amount still. I tried to contact jntuk enquiry.. bt no one answered the call.
    Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue and let me know my amount refund status ASAP.
