What is the MOI [Medium of Instruction] Certificate?
First of all, let’s understand what is meant by Medium of Instruction and where this certificate is used. JNTUK Procedure to obtain MOI [Medium of Instruction] Through Offline :
1. Drop in a letter with consolidated marks memo in college which you have graduated requesting for MOI certificate.
2. College will issue MOI(Medium Of Instruction) certificate with principle sign and college stamp on college letterhead.
3. Take that MOI(Medium Of Instruction) certificate and go to jntuk
4. Again drop in a letter to university requesting the same certificate from the university as well.
5. They will take a xerox copy of your college MOI(Medium Of Instruction) certificate, original degree and consolidated marks memo.
6. Then will issue MOI(Medium Of Instruction) certificate from university with VC sign and stamp.
Is there any online option for applying Medium Of Instruction Certificate?
I went to JNTUK directly today. They just asked me to write a letter and enclosed it with a provisional xerox. That’s it, they have given me MOI in 20 mins.

As per the instructions updated above, first we need to collect the MOI from College and approach University to proceed ahead. In my context, the college that I pursued from is closed to get the initial letter. So, Can I approach the university directly and apply for it?
