| 1. ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ನಕಲು (ದ್ವಿತೀಯ, ತೃತೀಯ ಮತ್ತು ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ಪ್ರತಿ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅನುತ್ತೀರ್ಣ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಇಚ್ಚಿಸುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. |

| While applying for SSLC Duplicate Marks Card (Second, Third, and Fourth Copy) online the following documents must be scanned and should be within 500kb to 1MB in jpeg format and uploaded. |
| a) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು “ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರೌಢ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಮಂಡಳಿ, ………………………… ವಿಭಾಗ” ರವರಿಗೆ ಬರೆದಿರುವ ಅರ್ಜಿ. | ಈ ಮೇಲಿನ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅಪ್ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಿ ನಿಗದಿತ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ವಿಭಾಗೀಯ ಕಚೇರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಆಧಾರ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಾಗಿರುವ ವಿಳಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ರವಾನಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. |
