while I am applying for my OD certificate, payment is done but payment Option is showing pending
I made payment of 3500 online for my OD. It is showing the status as PENDING but amount debited from my account. And It is not allowing to upload documents. I even tried to contact helpline number, but no one attending the call…
Please resolve my problem.
Amount got debited but it is showing my payment status pending. I tried contacting the helpline number but no response. Still, the payment is in the pending state only. Kindly look into this issue
I made payment of 4500 online for my OD. It is showing the status as PENDING but amount debited from my account. I tried paying again but it is showing payment already done. It is not allowing to upload documents.
Sometimes payment may be struck on your bank account or University will take some time to update the payment status, so please wait for some days or hours to update the payment status. In general, when jntuk released the OD notification, on that time payment status updates very fast but remaining dates it may take some days to updates.

Payment reached to JNTU and uploaded all documents: 29th September 2020
JNTUK OD degree Printed Date: 05th October 2020
OD received to home though POST: 12th October 2020
It seems like the complete process takes a span of 20 days and it is really easy to do it. Also, there is a JNTU helpline who really provides additional information and helps you in applying OD.
