SKU XX Convocation 2023 – Apply Links & Procedure

This XX Convocation will be held tentatively on February 5, 2022, taking necessary precautions against COVID-19. The actual date of convocation will be intimated at later date by Sri Krishna Devaraya University

SKU XX Convocation Eligibility:

• All regular Post-Graduate candidates i.e., M.A., M.Com, M.Sc., M.B.A, M. Tech, L.L.M, M. Pharm, M.C.A, M. Ed, M. P. Ed, P.G.D.C.A and M. L. I. Sc who passed out in the years 2020 and 2021 are only eligible to apply for Convocation either in person or in absentia (if the number of applicants in person are more than the seats available in the Auditorium, the number of candidates to be allowed in person will be reviewed at a later date).
• However, all M.Phil and Ph.D candidates who received notifications upto 25-01-2022 are eligible to apply for convocation in person.
• All the candidates who passed out before 2019 can also apply by paying the prescribed fee in absentia only.
• All undergraduate students (both regular and Distance mode) of B. A, B. Sc., B. Com, B.B.M, B.B.A, B. C. A , B. Ed., B. P. Ed, B. Pharm, B.Tech, B.L.I.Sc and L.L.B shall apply for Convocation in absentia only. All candidates (UG or PG courses) who studied under distance mode are eligible for Convocation in absentia only.
• Regular students of Sri Krishnadevaraya University College who were selected for Gold Medals may attend the convocation in person by downloading Admit cards (by entering Regd. Nos). The list of Gold Medal awardees for the years 2020 and 2021 will be displayed shortly on the website. They have to upload their colour photographs and signatures.

SKU XX Convocation Instructions :

• In Absentia/In-Person Convocation fee Rs.1600 + Rs.15 = Rs.1615 (Candidates who have passed out in the 2020 and 2021 only)
• Candidates who have passed out in the year 2019 should pay late fee Rs.1,000 + Rs.1,600 + Rs.15 =Rs.2615/-(Rupees Two thousand six hundred fifteen only).
• Candidates who passed out before 2019, should pay Rs.2,615 plus an additional amount of Rs.200/- for each year.
• Convocation fee must be paid online only by using all types of Credit cards/Debit cards/Net banking etc.,
• All eligible candidates should fill online convocation application and upload colour passport size photograph (less than 200KB) and Scanned Lower Degree Certificate (less than 200KB).
  అర్హులైన అభ్యర్థులందరూ ఆన్‌లైన్ కాన్వకేషన్ అప్లికేషన్‌ను పూరించాలి మరియు కలర్ పాస్‌పోర్ట్ సైజు ఫోటోగ్రాఫ్ (200KB కంటే తక్కువ) మరియు స్కాన్ చేసిన దిగువ డిగ్రీ సర్టిఫికేట్ (200KB కంటే తక్కువ) అప్‌లోడ్ చేయాలి.
• The candidates shall download the application and take the printout of the copy of the application and enclose Xerox copies of all certificates of the Degree and Xerox copies of Lower Degree. The Application along with copies of Degree & Lower Degree certificates enclosing a self-addressed “A4 size” Cloth Cover should reach The Director, Directorate of Examinations, S.K.University, Ananthapuramu-515 003 within a week after submission of online application superscribed as “APPLICATION FOR XX CONVOCATION”.
  అభ్యర్థులు అప్లికేషన్‌ను డౌన్‌లోడ్ చేసి, అప్లికేషన్ కాపీ ప్రింటౌట్ తీసుకోవాలి మరియు డిగ్రీ యొక్క అన్ని సర్టిఫికేట్‌ల జిరాక్స్ కాపీలు మరియు దిగువ డిగ్రీ యొక్క జిరాక్స్ కాపీలను జతచేయాలి. డిగ్రీ & దిగువ డిగ్రీ సర్టిఫికేట్‌ల కాపీలతో పాటు అప్లికేషన్ “అప్లికేషన్ XX కాన్వొకేషన్ కోసం” అని సూపర్‌స్క్రైబ్ చేయబడిన ఆన్‌లైన్ అప్లికేషన్‌ను సమర్పించిన తర్వాత వారంలోగా డైరెక్టర్, డైరెక్టరేట్ ఆఫ్ ఎగ్జామినేషన్స్, S.K.University, Ananthapuramu-515 003 కి చేరుకోవాలి.
• The application will display the total fee.
• Click the “Continue” button. The application will display the Payment Screen.
• Click the “Print Receipt / Acknowledgement” to download a PDF copy of your payment receipt.
