Job Description:
- Automotive BIW Experience:- 2~6 yrs experience
- Sheet metal experience primarily from Auto Industry Body engineering [OEM / Tier1]
- Ability to handle CAD software UG-NX independently.
- Development of structural concepts and release of design data for production/ proto build.
- New product development / Design & development experience(BIW)
- Must have proficiency in Design Calculation, Systems Design & Development
- Manufacturing engineering expertise
- Must have hands-on experience in GD&T, Tolerance Stack-up, Material Selection, Design Calculation.
- Exposure towards product engineering, packaging study etc…
- BIW Cost analysis & control/ BIW quality issue resolution Preferred
- Knowledge of Global Regulations related to BIW /Vehicle Testing.
