How To Apply JNTUK PC Certificates?

Procedure To Apply JNUTK Provisional Certificate(PC)

What is PC (Provisional Certificate):

A Provisional Certificate is issued to a student who has passed your University EXamination or a Board Examination. This is a temporary Certificate until you received the OD Certificate.

What is CMM (consolidated marks memo Certificate):

The consolidated mark sheet is a compilation of all the semesters with their grades in a single certificate. The meaning of consolidated is a combination. The consolidated mark sheet will have a list of subjects, grades obtained and CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average)

What Are the Required Documents to apply JNTUK PC:

All the eligible students are informed to apply for the UG & PG provisional certificates all years passed outs at Your EXAM CELL

Submit the filled application along with a copy of SSC, AADHAR, ALL MARKS MEMOS.

How many days it will take to collect PC & CMM?

For normal Process: It will take approx 40 to 50 days to send to your respected colleges.

For Tatkal Process: It will take approx 1 or 2 days to collect from University.

JNTUK PC Tatkal Process

I. Procedure to Apply for Provisional Certificate (PC) in Tatkal Process through online [ Plz Carefully read the instructions Step by Step and then Apply TATKAL Provisional Certificate ]

Step 1: This application is meant for The candidates who are passed outs from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada applying Provisional certificates.

Step 2: The students have to pay the amount Rs. 3000/-.

Step 3: The amount can be paid either by making online Payment (using Master/Visa Credit/Debit (ATM) cards) or by making the payments at any branch of SBI using the on-line Challan generated by this Online PC Application.

Step 4: The university provides only Bank Payment procedure for applying Taktal Provisional certificate no need to upload scanned copies

Step 5: After Fee of Rs 3000/- Payment, take the print out of payment details and submit along with PC/CMM application form and other attachments (copies of SSC, all marks memos, undertaking form) to the University Examination Section by Concerned applicant only.

JNTUK PC Normal Process

II. Procedure to Apply for Provisional Certificate (PC) in Normal Process through online [ Plz Carefully read the instructions Step by Step and then Apply NORMAL Provisional Certificate ]

Step 1: This application is meant for The candidates who are passed outs from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada applying Provisional certificates.

Step 2: The students have to pay the amount Rs. 300/-.

Step 3: The amount can be paid either by king online Payment (using Master/Visa Credit/Debit (ATM) cards) or by making the payments at any branch of SBI using the on-line Challan generated by this Online PC Application.

Step 4: The university provides only Bank Payment procedure for applying Taktal Provisional certificate no need to upload scanned copies

III. Procedure to Apply for Provisional Certificate (PC) in Normal Process through Offline ( From Your College) [ Plz Carefully read the instructions Step by Step and then Apply NORMAL Provisional Certificate ]

1. Provisional Certificate application which is filled by you that need to signed by the college Principal
2. Attested copies of all Marks Memos from SSC up to the Degree.
3. DD for Rs. 300/- drawn in the name of The Registrar, JNTU Kakinada, payable at Kakinada
